Consulting, development, automation, administration, training: every hour costs the same, and you know before we start how many there will be. Ejra has its own monthly packages per channel, further down with a calculator.
100 €per hour, net plus VAT
You get a quote with an hourly range. If the scope changes, we talk about it beforehand.
Monthly invoice with a timesheet, accurate to the quarter hour. No flat fees you don't use.
If the scope is clearly defined, we turn it into a fixed price. Then we carry the risk, not you.

Enterprise: a monthly minimum spend and a fixed unit price from the first unit, terms after a conversation. The billing month starts with the booking, and moving up to a larger package is possible at any time. All prices net plus VAT.

Nothing is switched off. From 80 percent of the allowance you get a warning; beyond it you pay your package's unit price.
Yes. To get started there is a one-off 50 calls, 100 chat conversations and 2,000 credits free of charge, without a package.
If you book phone, website chat and inbox each from package M upwards, the three base prices drop by 15 percent. The calculator above shows it.
Yes. All prices on this page are net plus statutory VAT.
