2. Collection and storage of personal data

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). This data ensures trouble-free and secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the reliable presentation of the website). A data processing agreement is in place.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, we process your details to handle the inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose.

Necessary cookies enable basic functions such as saving your language selection and your cookie choice, as well as protecting forms against abusive use. They serve solely the technical operation of the website, contain no advertising or tracking data and are stored — depending on their purpose — for the duration of the session up to 12 months.

Optional services (only with consent)

Only after your consent do we load the following services:

• Ejra chat assistant (provided by Robotic Automation Solutions UG): the chatbot loads a script and stores data in your browser (cookies/local storage) to manage the conversation. Without consent the chatbot is not loaded.

Spam and bot protection

To protect our forms and features against automated attacks and spam we use a bot-protection service from Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). This processes, among other things, your IP address; no tracking cookies are set. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any transfer to the USA is safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
